Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
You may return an item even if it has been gently used, provided it has not been deliberately or intentionally damaged.
We want you to love your Lunamoa purchase — if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws.
Are returns and exchanges free?
- If your return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Lunamoa will cover all return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns (the item is not faulty), we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label at no cost.
There are no restocking fees.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery.
Items may be gently used. As long as the product is not intentionally damaged, we will accept it for a full refund once the return has been received and inspected.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us before returning any product.
Do not send items back to the original shipping address.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return mailing address and instructions by email. A prepaid return label will be provided where applicable.

After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
Do you refund original delivery fees?
Yes. All Lunamoa orders include free delivery, so there are no delivery charges to deduct from your refund.
I received a damaged or faulty item
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not work as expected, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (if available)
- The batch code on the packaging (if available)

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. All shipping costs will be covered by Lunamoa.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We accept exchanges for any reason within 90 days of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
